• Taile Finance reserves the right to freeze or cancel cards for suspicious activity
• Card funds are not insured by FDIC or any government entity

All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. Taile Finance is not responsible for any losses due to incorrect wallet addresses, network issues, or market volatility. You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrency.

Taile Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Taile Finance in the past 12 months.
